| Abstract: | Innovation input ability is an important reference index for measuring development level of cultural industry in a country or region,and copyright protection is the basis system and important guarantee to cultural industry.This paper analyzes the correlation between copyright protection and innovation input capability of cultural industry using data of China＇s 31 provinces in 2005 as samples.The results reveal that the influence of the elasticity coefficient of strength of copyright protection on innovation input capability of cultural industry is 5.384.Based on these conclusions,some policy suggestions are put forward. |
