非洲某钴镍砷化矿选矿试验研究

非洲某钴镍砷化矿含镍3.05%、含钴0.23%,在完成矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,针对性地拟定了跳汰重选—浮选的试验原则流程,试验研究表明,该镍钴矿经过跳汰预抛尾、1粗3扫2精、中矿顺序返回浮选,可以获得镍品位为26.44%、钴品位为1.54%、镍回收率88.53%、钴回收率75.87%的镍钴综合精矿。
