顶吹氧平炉炼钢造渣熔剂的研究

摘    要:采用含钛渣作为顶吹氧气平炉炼钢的造渣熔剂,能够加速石灰熔解,促进碱性炉渣形成;在TiO_2的参预下,使熔渣形成低熔点共熔相,缩小C_2S固相区,扩大液相区;改善了冶炼过程中熔渣的性能,能够适应顶吹氧平炉炼钢造渣的要求。300t平炉每炉加入0.6~0.8t钛渣,能获得综合效果较好的熔渣,成本较低,是一种新的造渣熔剂。

Abstract:Selecting titanium-containing slag as flux for steelmaking in oxygen-top blowing of open hearth, will accelerate lime dissolution, and promote forming of basic slag. With an addition of TiO_2, it will promote molten slag to form low melting point congruent melting phase and reduce zone of C_2S solid phase as well extend zone of liquid phase. As a result, it improves the performance of molten slag in refining and meets the fluxing requirements for oxygen-top blowing of open hearth. The addition of 0.6~0.8T titanium-containing slag into 300t open hearth, can form the molten slag with better overall effect and lower cost. So, it is a new fluxing material.
