钴始极片数值模拟成形参数的优化

摘    要:电解金属钴的始极片板面尺寸较大,厚度薄,韧性差,为防止在储存和运输过程中发生变形或断裂,需要对钴板进行压筋处理,以提高其强度和刚度。采用薄板成形研究软件DYNAFORM对其进行冲压仿真分析,运用正交优化的原理找出合理的零件结构参数和成形工艺参数来指导钴始极片的生产。

Abstract:The cobalt sheet metal is of big area,small thickness and inferior tenacity when it comes out of the electrobath.(It's) necessary to ensure the plane degree of the cobalt sheet metal in order to meet the require of technics in the hydro me tallurgy.So use punching and forming method to improve its intension and rigidity.Uses FEM software-DYNAFORM to simulate and analysis its process of punching and shaping,and use orthogonal optimization means to get the optimal parameters of the part structure and the shaping technics,then as a guidance in the production practice of cobalt sheet metal.
