摘    要:针对多层织造厂房的振动及裂缝病害问题,采用有限元建模分析结构的振动特性,并进行了现场振动测试和裂缝病害调查。根据实测数据的时域和频域分析结果,研究了厂房及机器的振动频率和能量分布特点;结合振动幅值的对比分析,探究厂房结构裂缝病害的原因,提出了改进措施,为厂房的减振设计和裂缝预防提供建议。

Abstract:Towards the issue of vibration and cracks of multi-storey fabric manufacture buildings, a finite element model is established to analyze the structural vibration characteristics, a field vibration test is carried out, and the cracks are investigated for an actual factory building. The measuring data is analyzed in both time-domain and frequency domain. The vibration frequency and energy distribution are characterized for the building and vibrating machines. By comparison of vibration amplitudes for neighboring structural members, the causes of cracks are explored. Measures are proposed for the vibration damping design and prevention of cracks.
