摘    要:
针对大唐珲春发电厂热网循环水泵运行中节流损失大,供热厂用电率偏高问题,进行了问题查找及原因分析,在理论计算及技术经济比较的基础上,对定速热网循环水泵叶轮进行切割,减小了水泵富裕扬程,降低了热网循环水泵节流损失和水泵耗功的技改措施,取得了年节约厂用电量164.24×104kW.h的良好效果。

Abstract:
In view of big throttling loss in Datang Hunchun power plant circulation pump operation and high heating plant electricity rate,the reason has been analyzed.Based on the theoretical calculation and technology & economy comparison,measurements of cutting the constant speed circulation pump impeller,reducing the pump raising capacity,lowering the circulation pump throttling loss and water pump technical retrofit have been adopted.An annual saving of 164.24×104 kW·h plant electricity 164.24×104 kW·h has been obtained.
