阿海水电站大型导流洞衬砌结构设计

摘    要:以阿海水电站导流洞为实例,介绍了大型导流洞设计中常用的工程类比法、结构力学法及有限元法。采用传统的工程类比法及结构力学法可快速完成导流洞衬砌初步设计及计算,再用该初步成果进行有限元分析复核,较为合理的完成阿海大型导流洞衬砌结构设计及计算。导流洞于2007年4月开工,2009年1月过流,2011年12月下闸蓄水,安全运行近3年。导流洞下闸后进洞检查未见明显损坏,从一个侧面验证了该衬砌设计方法的正确性。

Abstract:Taking the diversion tunnel of A’hai hydropower project as an example,the paper deals with introduction to the engineering analogy,the structural mechanics method and the finite element method,which are commonly used in deign of large diversion tunnels.The preliminary design and calculation of the diversion tunnel lining can be quickly completed using the traditional engineering analogy and the structural mechanics method,and then be checked by the preliminary results using the finite element method.In this way the structural design and calculation of the large diversion tunnel lining for construction of A’hai hydropower project were properly completed.The construction of the diversion tunnel started in April,2007.The diversion tunnel diverted water in January,2009 and was gate closed in late December,2011,which has been under safe operation for almost 3 years.The check made in the diversion tunnel after its gate closing shows that no major damage was found,which proved that the method of the tunnel lining design is correct as viewed from another aspect.
