乳化技术在重油催化裂化中的应用

摘    要:结合乳化油燃烧中的“微爆”理论,使用含有锑基钝化剂的复合型非离子表面活性剂对重质原料油进行乳化,在改善原料油雾化效果,提高重质油汽化程度的同时抑制重金属镍对催化剂活性和选择性的破坏作用,提高了重质原料油的裂化深度,改善了产品分布、液化气和汽油收率上升,高价值产品收率上升3%,重油收率明显下降,干气和焦炭收率相差不大,产品汽油中烯烃含量下降较大,而辛烷值保持不变,乳化剂和钝化剂的结合使用是提高重油催化裂化能力的良好方法。

Abstract:Based on the ‘demolition atomization’ theory, a bench-scale RFCC (Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking) test using non-ionic surfactant containing antimony-based passivation agent as the emulsifying agent was carried out. Emulsification of the FCC feed resulted in better atomization of the residue,〖JP2〗 improved vaporization of the residue, higher cracking ability, better product distribution, higher selectivity 〖JP〗and inhibition of impairing of nickel on the activity and selectivity of the catalyst, with higher octane number and lower olefin content in gasoline. Combination of emulsifying agent and passivation agent would be a good way for improving RFCC ability.
