海洋平台水套炉防护与控制系统的设计

摘    要:经特殊设计的海洋平台相变加热水套炉具有安全可靠、节能高效、抗海水Cl^-腐蚀和智能化控制等特点。与“燃气发电-电加热”的原油输送方式相比其运行热效率成倍提高,经济效益十分显著。在海洋油田井口平台原油加热海底输送方面有较好的应用前景。文章就海洋平台相变水套炉的结构特点、Cl^-腐蚀防护措施以及相变水套炉控制系统的设计进行了介绍。

Abstract:Water bath heater is a heater specially designed for offshore platform at well head. It is reliable and safe in operation, high in energy efficiency, resistant to sea water chlorine ion corrosion and smart in control, etc. As compared with heating the well head oil by "fuel - gas - fired electric power generation - electric heating" option, the heat efficiency of water bath heater is several times greater, and economic benefit is significant. Therefore, the water bath heater has a very good application in heating well head oil for marine pipeline transmission. The construction characteristics of phase - change water bath heater, corrosion protection measures against chlorine ions ( Cl^- ) and the design of control system are described.
