Symphony DCS与新华DEH共享操作员站的实现

火电厂分散控制系统(DCS)与汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)之间数据通信技术的应用越来越多,不同控制系统通过共享操作员站的控制方式对运行人员的操作既高效又安全。茂名热电厂5号机组应用数据通信技术实现了ABB贝利公司SymphonyDCS与新华公司DEH2种不同分散控制系统之间共享操作员站的功能,DEH数据通过数据通信技术完全集成到DCS操作员站上,运行人员通过DCS操作员站实现对DEH的监控,机组投产3a来系统通信运行正常。对ABB贝利公司SymphonyDCS与新华公司DEH之间的通信网络接口硬件及通信接口软件组态配置作了分析,指出系统日常维护的一些基本方法。

Implementation of Symphony DCS and DEH-ⅢA shared operator station

The data communication technology between DCS and DEH are widely used in power plants, and it makes the operation more efficient and safe with the control mode of shared operator stations for different control systems. The data communication technology was used to realize the sharing of operator stations between ABB Symphony-DCS and Xinhua-DEH in Unit 5 of Maoming Power Plant. Typically, with the given communication technology DEH data can be completely integrated on the operator station of DCS, on which operators can realize the supervising of DEH. The communication of this system is in normal operation for 3 years. The hardware structures and the software configuration of DCS - to- DEH communication were analyzed, besides, the existing communications problems and countermeasures in routine maintenance were presented.
