| Abstract: | The Ptogress of phospholipid research was introduced, the idea of systematic research and the series of phospholipid products was raised. The study of building subject group and series products of phospholipid by the multi-technology of fine separation, fine organic synthesis and system engineering was put up. To build the ststem of applying study, technological innovation and products development of phospholipid was discussed. The key technique of new continue process for fine phospholipid was discussed. |
