| 摘 要： | 针对现有轻烃泵用普通接触式机械密封及串联式干气密封存在的问题,研究开发出一种新型流体动压润滑非接触式气液膜串联机械密封,介绍了其结构特征、工作原理及技术优势.应用结果表明:研制的新型非接触式气液膜串联机械密封具有可实现密封介质的零泄漏甚至零逸出、长周期安全可靠运转、对环境无污染及运行维护费用低等优点.

| Abstract: | A new-type hydrodynamic lubrication non-contacting gas-liquid film tandem seal was developed through analyzing the problems of contacting mechanical seals and tandem dry gas seals used on light hydrocarbon pump. The configurations, the working principles and the technology advantages was introduced. It is indicated that the new seal has series advantages such as nonleakage and non-emission of the sealed fluid, reliably running for ling time, no-contamination to environment and low maintenance cost, etc. |
