宜昌煤系高岭土补强天然橡胶试验研究

摘    要:以湖北宜昌煤系高岭土为原料,先经气流粉碎、表面改性制备出改性超细粉(平均粒径4.61μm),再制备高岭土/天然橡胶复合材料,并测定了复合材料的力学性能,确定了适宜的充填工艺,考察了煅烧土和未煅烧土填充天然橡胶复合材料性能上的差异。结果表明:适宜的硫化时间为10min;在填充量相同前提下,煅烧土填充天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能优于未煅烧土。

Abstract:Using Hubei Yichang′s coal-series kaolin as raw materials,the ultrafine powder was prepared with jet mill. Coupling agent was used to make superficial organic modification for kaolin(the average particle size of ultrafine powder is 4.61μm). Composite material was prepared by the ultrafine powder and matural rubber(NR). Determination of suitable filling process was conducted by means of mechanical properties measurement of kaolin/NR composite material to study the differences between the properties of the rubber composite materials filled with calcined and uncalcined kaolin. The results showed that suitable vulcanizing time was 10min. The mechanical properties of the calcined kaolin/NR composite material is superior to the uncalcined kaolin/NR composite material while the filling amount was equal.
