| 摘 要： | 对旧的胎面联动生产线控制系统进行改造，设计了2种方案，最后选用可编程控制器控制开关量，用同步控制器控制模拟量。文中给出详细的控制接线原理图。经实践，此套系统调试简便、工作可靠。

| Abstract: | For the modification of control system of former tread production line, two solutions of design worked out, finally selected programming controller to control switch quantity, controls the ana- log quantity with synchronized controller. This paper shown the detailed principle sketch of control wirings. By practice, this system is easy for commissioning and reliable operation. |
