喷射泵气蚀现象试验分析

摘    要:对喷射系试验模型进行了调节混合液流量大小及改变喉嘴距长短两种工况的试验。在调节混合液流量的大小时,动力液的流量也相应变化,动力液通过喷嘴时的速度也发生变化,从而造成随混合液流量的减少,气蚀现象由强变弱直至完全消除。由三种不同的喉嘴距试验得出,增加喉嘴距,可使喷嘴与喉管间的环形过流面积增大,等量流体通过较大面积时的流动速度将更低,压力将更高,气蚀现象就更不易产生。根据试验及分析,考虑到既能保证喷射泵工作效率又尽可能减少气蚀,可定性取喉嘴距0<x<d。

Abstract:The model for a jet pump is tested under the conditions of adjusting the flow rate of mixed liquid and changing the legh of nozzle-spacing. When the flow rate of the mixed liquid is adjusted, the flow rate of the power liquid is changed,the velocity of the power liquid passing through the nozzle is chang, thereby cavitation erosion is weakened and eliminated with the decrease of the now rate of the mixed liquid When the length of nozzle-spacing is increased, the flow rate of the liquid is reduced and the liguid pressure is increased thereby the cavitation erosion is no apt to occur. On the basis of test and analysis, with consideration of ensuring the working efficiency of the jet pump and decreasing cavitation erosion, it is recommnded to take the length of the nozzle-spacing by 0< x < d.
