聚丙烯基抗菌塑料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:利用熔融挤出共混技术制备了聚丙烯(PP)基抗菌塑料。研究了抗菌母料Antim-PP对PP的抗菌性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当抗菌母料与PP的质量比为4:100时,抗菌PP塑料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率大于99%,抗菌母料的加入使共混物的冲击性能有明显改善,其他力学性能基本不受影响。

Abstract:The antibacterial polypropylene(PP) plastics were prepared by blending technique with melting extrusion. The effect of antibacterial master-batchs(Antim-PP) on antibacterial property and mechanical property of the PP was investigated. The results show that when the mass ratio of the antibacterial master-batch to PP is 4:100, the antibacterial rate of antibacterial polypropylene plastic versus coli bacillus reaches more than 99%. The impact strength of the blends is improved greatly and other mechanical properties are not affected basically by the antibacterial master-batch.
