小型UPS电源的嵌入式系统设计与实现

Abstract:Based on the DC-UPS features of small current ripple and stable output, an intelligentized miniature UPS embedded system was proposed. Through the integration of effective AC-DC module, constant charging module LTC1512, buck/boost discharging module LTC3780 of high performance and hot-swappable protection module LTC4256, clean and stable DC output were obtained. Taking C851F320 as the controller, the system implemented the maintaining of UPS power supplies and intelligent control by the application of ADC measure-software, intelligent judgment and manner of interruption protection. The testing results showed that the tested UPS, whose power-fail switching period was less than 5 ms, could provide 12?.5 V stable output of four and had functions as current/voltage monitoring and abnormal temperature protection.
