| 摘 要： | 本文针对高速铁路客车ＳＷ－１６０转向架用制动盘铸件产生的缩孔、缩松等缺陷，结合现场铸造工艺情况，运用ＰｒｏＣＡＳＴ软件成功地预测了缺陷的位置与尺寸，实现了制动 主铸件质量的改进。

| Abstract: | In order to eliminate shrinkage cavity,macroporosity etc defects in the brake disc castings used in SW160 bogie for the quasihigh speed railway coaches,the ProCAT software was succesfully used in forecasting location and size of defects in the disc casting,accomplished optimization of solidification process and improvement of the castings quality. |
