CMC改性造纸白泥在纸张中的应用研究

摘    要:对白泥化学成分进行分析,用水及助剂对白泥进行精制。用羧甲基纤维素钠对精制白泥进行改性,研究白泥及改性白泥的加填性质。结果表明,白泥的主要成分是碳酸钙,碳酸钙含量为91.67%。用水和助剂对白泥进行洗涤后,白泥白度从52.7%ISO升高至63.3%ISO。随着填料用量增加,纸张的强度性能一直下降,羧甲基纤维素钠改性白泥加填纸张的撕裂、耐破强度以及抗张强度均比白泥加填纸张的要高。

Abstract:The chemical composition of white mud was analyzed and then mud was washing by water and EDTA solution. The overall goal of this project is to develop the generation of filler by CMC modification to improve the bonding ability of filler and fiber and improve paper strength. The results showed that the main chemical component of mud was CaCO:,, the whiteness of the mud was increased from 52.7% ISO to 63.3%ISO by washing with water and EDTA in the order. The tear strength, bursting strength and tensile strength of the modified mud filled paper were more greatly increased than mud filled papers.
