| 摘 要： | 工学结合办学模式下学生党员的培养发展,是新时期职业教育中出现的新情况、新问题,也是学生党员培养发展工作的新思路.文章从促进学生党员的培养发展、工学结合过程中,校企在培养发展学生党员中的地位作用和具体措施等三个方面,分析阐述了工学结合过程中中学生党员的培养发展问题,有助于推动高职院校学生党员的培养发展工作.

| Abstract: | It is not only the new situation and new problems but also the new ideas on the development work of the student party members, which development of the student party members based on the engineering and studying Altemant Mode. The paper introduced three aspects to analyze development of the student party members based on the engineering and studying Alternant Mode, including how to promote development of the student party members, the school and enterprise cultivated student party members development function and the specific measures based on the engineering and studying Alternant Mode. Then it could promote the development work of the student party members in vocational colleges. |
