页岩气压裂返排液电絮凝处理技术研究

摘    要:采用电絮凝技术对页岩气压裂返排液进行处理,考察了各操作条件对页岩气压裂返排液处理效果的影响,确定了电絮凝处理的最佳实验条件:阴阳极材料均为铝板,电流密度10.0 m A/cm2,极板间距3 cm,反应时间60 min,p H=7。电絮凝工艺对低浓度页岩气压裂返排液具有较良好的处理效果,可望成为页岩气压裂返排液达标排放组合工艺的重要单元。

Abstract:The electric flocculation technology has been used for treating the shale gas fracturing flow back fluid , and the treatment effects of operating conditions on shale gas fracturing flow back fluid investigated. The optimal ex-perimental conditions of electric flocculation technology are determined as follows:aluminum plates are selected as the cathode and anode materials,the current density is 10.0 mA/cm2,plate spacing 3 cm,reaction time 60 min,and pH=7. The experimental results show that the electric flocculation technology has good treatment effects on low con-centration shale gas fracturing flow back fluid. It is expected to be an important unit of standard discharge combined process of shale gas fracturing flow back fluid.
