基于FEAHP的绿色建筑项目风险模糊综合评价

风险评价是绿色建筑项目风险管理的重要内容。本文在文献分析的基础上,构建绿色建筑项目风险因素层次结构模型。采用集成三角模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,计算出绿色建筑项目风险的模糊综合评价值,识别出关键风险因素,提出了风险应对措施。研究结果对业主提高绿色建筑风险管理水平,确保绿色建筑项目的取得成功具有理论和实践价值。

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation For Green Building Risk Based On FEAHP

Risk assessment for green building was the important content of project risk management. Through literature analysis, green con- struction project risk factors structure model was established. The triangle fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to calculate the fuzzy comprehensive evaluations of green building project risks, then the key risk factors were identified and the risk countermeasures were put forward. The research results had theoretical and practical significance on improving owner risk management level of the green building project and ensuring the success of green building project.
