二苯砜减压精馏实验及精馏工艺、减压塔的设计

摘    要:测定了二苯砜减压下的熔、沸点,对二苯砜等混合物在不同真空度下进行精馏实验。以此实验过程及数据,设计了从聚醚酮精制产物中回收二苯砜减压精馏工艺。强调了工艺中导热油热能利用等重点环节。设计了工艺中重点设备减压塔,结合物料性质、实际运行可能出现的问题,在塔板上设置了导热油循环供热装置,防止由于物料凝固堵塞塔板,保证间歇操作中顺利开车。

Experiment of Dipheny Sulfone Decompression Distillation Technology and Design of Vacuum Distillation Tower

Abstract:Measured the melting, boiling of two phenyl sulfone under reduced pressure and went on experiments under different vacuum. According to the experimental process and data, designed the process of vacuum distillation recovering two phenyl sulfone from PEK mixture. Emphasize the heat utilization of heat conducting oil and the other key links. Designed the vacuum tower, which is the key equipment of the process. Paying attention to the material properties and the possible problems in the actual operation, the device of oil cyclic heating is arranged in the tower plate, prevents the material solidification blocking plate, ensures the intermittent operation drive smoothly.
