| 摘 要： | 系统是将生产与安全有效的结合在一起的综合安全生产运行系统,其目的就是在于将生产管理、过程控制、安全监控、事故预案有机结合起来,通过采用流程管理、多层次安全监控及环境监视手段,防止相互冲突的流程同时运行,阻止事故规模的扩大,实现生产和安全双重控制功能。

| Abstract: | This is a comprehensive operation system, in which production is combined with safety of the tank area. It gives attention to production management, process control, safety monitoring and accident beforehand case. By means of flowsheet management, multiple level of safety monitoring and environment inspection, the system prevents running of conflicting flowsheet and extension of accident range, so double control performance of production and safety is realized. |
