摘    要:对130 t/h CFB锅炉供风系统空气动力场进行了相关的测量,结果表明:该CFB锅炉一、二次风管路和点火风管路挡板特性较好,随着流化风量的增大,布风板阻力增大,料层阻力呈线性关系增大,布风板的阻力大小符合设计值,能保证布风均匀和床料良好流化。其测试结果为工业CFB锅炉供风系统的风机选型提供了可靠的数据。

Abstract:The related test on aerodynamic field of wind supply system for 130 t/h CFB boiler was conducted.The results showed that though the damper’s properties of primary air pipeline,secondary air pipeline and ignitionair pipeline for the CFB boiler were good.With increasing the fluidizing air rate,the resistance of grid plate increased,and the material obstruction enhanced linearly.The resistance of grid plate was in line with the design value,which can ensure uniform air distribution and well fluidized bed material.The test results provided reliable data for selection of fan types for CFB boiler’s supply wind system.
