双层壳体水下振动和声辐射的仿真分析

摘    要:潜艇的隐身性是现代军用潜艇一项至关重要的性能指标,但由于问题的复杂性,对潜艇结构的声学计算一直没能得到很好的解决.采用有限元结合边界元的计算技术,对敷有隔声去耦材料潜艇舱段模型的声学性能进行了计算.在现有的计算软件中,ANSYS软件处理多物理场的功能比较强,并且有专门的声学计算功能,但它计算量大,后处理功能弱;SYSNOISE软件是专门的声学计算软件,但没有建模功能.考虑到它们各自的特点,采用ANSYS软件计算结构的流固耦合振动,在此基础上采用SYSNOISE软件计算辐射声场.最后对计算结果进行了总结分析,发现模型辐射声场中的声压呈有规律的花瓣形分布,内外壳的振动响应随着频率的增加而出现较大区别.本文的算法和结论对本领域的理论研究和实艇敷设去耦瓦都具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Acoustic ability is vital for modern military submarines, but how to predict their diffused sound fields more precisely is not yet fully solved because of the complexity. Currently, there are many methods to calculate structural noise,including the very common FEM/BEM . This paper uses only the FEM/BEM to calculate a submarine model coated with a type of visco-elastic material. Within the existing software, the code ANSYS is a special FEM program with a special acoustic function, but its postprocessor function is poor and results in a very huge workload. The code SYSNOISE is a special BEM acoustic program, but it doesn't have modeling function. This paper combines these two codes, using ANSYS to solve the structure vibration response and SYSNOISE to solve the model radiation sound field. At last, it summarizes and analyzes the result, which can be a valuable reference for applying and theoretical research in this field.
