| 摘 要： | SiO2-B2Ox-Na2O系统是熔制高硅氧玻璃纤维常用的母体玻璃系统，该系统玻璃在熔化过程中常产生B2O3严重挥发的现象．作者采用石英砂、硼酸、纯碱为原料高温熔制高硅氧玻璃，分析了石英砂对高硅氧玻璃中B2O3挥发的影响．研究结果表明：石英砂粒度越小，高温熔制过程组成中的B20。挥发越小，粒度为300～360目的石英砂可以有效地将B2O3。挥发量降低到4％．

| Abstract: | SiO2-B2O3-Na2O system is always the matrix glass system of melting high silica glass fiber at high temperature,the glasses in the melting process have serious B2O3 volatilization phenomenon.Quartz sand,boric acid,sodium carbonate are used as raw material to melt glass silica glass at high temperature and then the influence of quartz sand to B2O3 volatilization in high silica glass is analyzed,the results indicate that the smaller quartz sand grain size is,the smaller B2O3 volatilization in smelting process ... |
