对智慧城市时空信息云平台建设的思考

智慧城市时空信息云平台是智慧城市重要的空间信息基础设施,在其建设过程中有许多需要探索和解决的问题。本文在分析国内建设现状的基础上,对时空信息云平台的概念内涵、功能定位进行深入思考,认为在建设标准、云架构、智能应用开发、智能感知和知识挖掘等方面需要进一步加强。通过研究和突破时空数据管理及可视化、物联网感知信息集成、云GIS一体化共享服务体系等多项关键技术,以常州为实验区域,建设"智慧常州时空信息云平台"。

Thinking about the Construction of Spatial-temporal Information Cloud Platform of Smart City

Spatial-temporal information cloud platform is one of the most important infrastructure of smart city. There are so many problems which need to be studied and solved during the construction of spatial-temporal information cloud platform. Based on the status analysis,the paper discusses the definition and position of spatial-temporal information cloud platform,deeming several aspects should be concerned,such as the construction standard,cloud GIS technology,in-telligence application development,smart sensing and knowledge mining. We describe several key technologies such as spatial-temporal data management and visualization,perceptual information integration,sharing and service system of cloud GIS. Eventually,“spatial-temporal information cloud platform of smart Changzhou” has been introduced,which can provide the reference for the other city’s surveying and mapping group.
