摘    要:
遥感督察工作对于促进新型城镇化健康发展、城乡规划科学有序实施和依法行政具有重要意义。本文以宁波市为例,基于卫星遥感影像的光谱特征,利用多时相的遥感影像,采取人机交互的作业方式得到变化图斑,然后根据城乡规划资料赋予变化图斑相关属性,最后得到图斑数据库,凸显了卫星遥感影像应用于城市规划督察的优势和特点。

Abstract:
Remote sensing supervision is of great significance of promotion the healthy development of the new type of urbanization,Urban and rural planning scientific and orderly implementation and law-based administration. This paper based on spectral characteristics of satellite remote sensing image to extract the variation spots using multi-temporal satel-lite remote sensing images and human-computer interaction method. According the urban and rural planning data to re-trieve the information of the variation spots,then put them to the database. This paper highlights the advantages of satel-lite remote sensing image application in urban planning supervision.
