On Renovation to Effect Nitrification Process in Sewage Treatment Works

Described hereby is the way to renovate and improve nitrification in the sewage treatment works, with analysis of the mechanism, theoretical calculation and engineering measures thereof. It proves through engineering practice that to renovate the old sewage works by adding floating filler is technically feasible and economically reasonable. The effluent after renovation can fully meet the requirements in GB18918-2002, "Standard for Discharge of Pollutants from Sewage Treatment Works in Towns and Cities".
