| 摘 要： | 将灰色系统理论与矢量投影原理相结合 ,提出了一种新型的关联度———灰色投影关联度 ,并以此对小水电工程项目进行综合评价 ,应用实例表明了该方法的合理可行性 ,从而可为项目的投资建设提供科学决策的依据。
