团聚硼粉表面化学镀镍研究

摘    要:采用化学镀镍法,在团聚硼粉颗粒表面进行镍包覆。对镀镍前后的团聚硼粉颗粒形貌、能谱、元素分布和差热性能进行测试,经过对比分析证明,化学镀镍法可以有效地在团聚硼粉表面实现均匀的镍包覆,通过DTA曲线分析发现硼粉的放热峰提前,表明镍的引入可有效改善硼粉的燃烧性能。

Abstract:The agglomerated boron powder particle surface was coated by nickel which was made by using the method of electroless nickel. On nickel and Agglomerated boron powder morphology, energy spectrum, element distribution and differential thermal analysis was analyzed before and after electroless nickel, electroless nickel can form a layer of nickel coating effectively on the surface of agglomerated boron powder, and nickel is in favor of improving the combustion of boron powder.
