摘 要: | 镍基固体自润滑材料具有良好的高温性能,镍石墨自润滑材料作为镍基固体自润滑材料受到广泛关注。通过水热氢还原工艺制备表面包覆率高达90%以上的镍包石墨,为金属-镍包石墨自润滑复合材料的制备提供物质基础。

Abstract: | Nickel-based solid self-lubricating materials with high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, lubricity and good features, self-lubricating materials at high temperatures in attention. As a nickel-based material as a solid self-lubricating, nickel graphite self-lubricating material is also popular in recent years, the study material. This paper describes the process by hydrothermal prepared by hydrogen reduction of nickel-coated graphite, and through the process of in-depth research and experimental analysis of surface coating was prepared as high as 90% or more of nickel-coated graphite, metal - nickel-coated graphite self-lubricating composite Preparation Material provides a solid foundation. |
