馈能型恒压钳位双极性脉冲电流源

摘    要:在地球物理探测、PCB深孔电镀领域,需要下降沿高度线性、高度稳定、短关断延时、良好的正负向一致性的双极性脉冲电流源,但在大电感负载、小回路电阻以及低电压供电电源场合,要得到理想的脉冲电流非常困难.基于此,提出一种馈能型恒压钳位脉冲电流源电路,该电路通过对电流下降期间的负载实行恒定的高压钳位,达到加速负载电流下降的目的.分析了电路的工作原理,讨论了电路参数优化计算,从负载电流下降沿波形的线性度和稳压电容电压波动范围出发,给出了恒压电路中电感值和提升电容值的最优值选取方法,并通过仿真和实验,验证了理论分析的正确性.与已报道电路相比,该电路关断延时短,下降沿线性度高,能量消耗少,且具有脉冲上升沿提升能力,适用于要求较高的脉冲电流源场合.

Abstract:In the fields of geophysical exploration and PCB plating process, it is necessary to create a bipolar pulse current source with decline edge of high linearity, high stability, short turn-off time and better positive and negative consistency. However, it's difficult to obtain ideal pulse current especially with high inductor load, low loop resistance and low input voltage. In this paper, an energy-feedback and constant voltage clamp pulse current circuit is represented, which can accelerate the decline of load current by clamping the load with constant high voltage in the period of load current declining. At first, the working principle of this circuit is discussed. Secondly, by investigating the wave linearity of load current decline edge and permitted fluctuating range of stabilizing voltage capacitor, the method is given to select the optimal capacitor value and inductor value of steady voltage circuits. At last, the results of simulation proves the proposed circuit meeting the predefined requirements much better than those reported, with significantly shorter turn-off time, higher linearity, less energy consumption and the particular ability of enhancing the rising edge of load current. In general, this circuit can be applied in applications requiring a pulse current source with higher quality.
