| Abstract: | A kind of comprehensive managing system of intelligent Electric-meters is introduced in this paper. The system consists of the users' intelligent Electric-meters, the relay, the near-end extensions and the remote management center. Available ways and feasibility of near and remote communication of the system are analyzed. The designing ideas and main techniques of the software and hardware are also described in detail. |
