水性凹印油墨光泽度的影响因素

摘    要:为了探讨水性凹印油墨的主要组分及质量分数对油墨光泽度的影响,固定油墨配方,制备分散性不同的油墨样品;分别改变水性成膜树脂和各种助剂的质量分数制备油墨样品,测试样品的粒径分布、黏度等性能指标,利用IGT F1印刷适性仪在水松纸表面进行打样,通过测量样张的光泽度,研究水性凹印油墨光泽度的影响因素。实验表明:水性凹印油墨体系的分散性以及水性成膜树脂的质量分数对水性凹印油墨光泽度有很大影响;在水性凹印油墨体系中添加适量的基材润湿剂、流平剂、蜡乳液等助剂,可改善水性凹印油墨在水松纸表面的光泽度。

Abstract:In order to study influence of kinds and amount of components on glossiness of water-based gravure ink, ink samples are prepared with different dispersion by fixing ingredients. Ink samples are also prepared by changing amount of aqueous film-forming resin and all kinds of additives. Proofs are made by the IGT F1 printing eligibility instrument on surface of tipping paper. Testing particle size distribution and viscosity of ink samples above. Research results indicate that the dispersion and the amount of aqueous film-forming resin of ink samples have great influences on the glossiness of water-based gravure ink. Add right amount of additive like wetting agent, flatting agent and wax emulsion can improve the glossiness of water-based gravure ink on the surface of tipping paper.
