调节阀气缸活塞执行机构的自调结构分析与设计

摘    要:气缸活塞执行机构是调节阈主要的驱动机构之一.由于该执行机构中存在过多的过约束,导致该机构安装困难及工作过程中零件的严重磨损.在对该机构进行过约束分析的基础上,进行该机构的自调结构设计,并利用ADAMS软件对该机构及其自调机构进行仿真分析.结果表明,自调机构中不仅各运动副的受力明显减小且变化均匀,从而有效的减小了该执行机构的弹性振动及运动副的磨损;同时,运动副形位误差对机构性能影响的敏感度降低,从而降低了对运动副元素的精度要求,降低了产品的制造加工成本.

Abstract:Cylinder-piston mechanism is one of the primary driven mechanisms for the control valves. There are more overconstraints in the mechanism. The overconstraints result in difficult assembly of the mechanism and serious wear of some parts in the mechanism during the work. On the basis of the analysis of the overconstraints in the mechanism, self-adjusting structure of the mechanism was designed. By use of ADAMS we accomplished simulating and analyzing of the self-adjusting structure. The results show the force in kinematic pairs of the mechanism minish obviously and change symmetrically, and sensitivity of the mechanism to shape and piston tolerance of kinematic pairs is reduced. Consequently, the wear and elastomeric vibration of the mechanism weaken effectively.
