管理活动与创新思维

摘    要:
探讨了管理活动中创新思维问题,认为创新思维是管理活动的内在要求,是提高管理水平的有效途径,创造性的管理活动是创造性思维的物化。管理活动中创新思维具有思维的独特性、多向性、突破性、前瞻性等特征。管理活动中的创新思维受到社会道德与社会理性的调控。管理活动中的创新思维虽然与灵感、直觉、联想等非逻辑思维联系在一起,但是归根到底仍然是以逻辑思维为基础的。

Abstract:
This article discusses the creative thinking in management activities and holds that it is the internal request and the effective approach of improving management standard.Innovative management is the embodiment of creative thinking.There are many characteristics of creative thinking in management such as particularity,radiation,breakthrough,and foresight.It is controlled by social morality and sense.Although creative thinking in management is related to such illogical thinking as inspiration,intuition,and association,it is based on logical thinking in the final analysis.
