摘    要:因福建大唐国际宁德发电有限责任公司660 MW超超临界机组直流锅炉在基建调试期间炉水循环泵未能按期到货,进行了无炉水循环泵启动的实践.在对1 000 MW超超临界锅炉带炉水循环泵启动与不带炉水循环泵启动分析的基础上,通过在启动过程中协调控制锅炉给水的流量、温度、风量、燃料等参数及启动速度,完成了660 MW超超临界机组...

Abstract:Start-up practice was conducted without boiler circulating pump(BCP) for the Fujian Datang International Ningde Power Co.Ltd.660 MW ultra-supercritical units during commissioning when the BCP was not available.On the basis of an analysis of the startup of the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boilers with and without BCP,the start was successfully completed for the 660 MW ultra-supercritical units without BCP through coordinated control in the startup process of such parameters as the boiler feed water flow,temperature,wind,fuel and the starting speed.
