摘    要:对分条整经条带卷绕过程中扩散变化的程度进行了测试和分析,结果表明:导纱辊到大滚筒的距离是引起扩散变化的主要因素,另外,条带中纱线的排列密度,纱线的性质(纱线直径,摩擦系数,纱线模量等)、卷绕张力或卷绕速度等对扩散的变化亦有明显的影响。

Abstract:On the basis of the testing data of the stripe diffusion in sectional warping, the analysis shows that the diffusion of the stripe in the winding process is mostly caused by the distance between guide roller and warping reel(namely free segment of winding yarn), in addition, the yarn density at a stripe, the yarn property (such as yarn diameter, friction coefficient, yarn modulus etc.), winding tension or winding speed also have influence upon the diffusion.
