| 摘 要： | 研究了 Si_3N_4掺杂 BaTiO_3基 PTC 瓷料的显微结构和性能。掺 Si_3N_4的瓷料中出现了大量特征的棒状晶体。Si 富集在棒状晶体中。与掺 SiO_2的瓷料比较,Si_3N_4掺杂的 PTC 瓷料显示了更多的优越性。

| Abstract: | Microsturucture and properties of BaTiO_3-based PTC ceramics doped with Si_3N_4were studied.After sintering a lot of bar-like crystals were observed in the test spe-cimens.Silicon was concentrated in the bar-like crystals.In comparison with theSiO_2-doped ceramics,the Si_3N_4 doped PTC ceramics showed much more advantages. |
