供热机组一次调频优化及运行

摘    要:一次调频的性能取决于锅炉蓄热的有效释放及其转换为调频负荷的效率。供热机组不仅要参与一次调频,还要提供工业和供暖用汽。因此,一次调频动作时蓄热不会全部转换为调频负荷,导致供热机组参与一次调频的能力受到限制。针对这一难题,提出了以主汽压力补偿为基础的优化方案。现场试验和实际网频波动表明优化后的一次调频效果良好。

Abstract:The performance of primary frequency modulation depends on release of heat storage of boiler and efficiency for transforming frequency modulation load.Thermal power unit not only participates in primary frequency modulation,but also supplies steam for industry and heating,therefore the heat storage of boiler is not wholly changed into frequency modulation load which results in limiting capability of primary frequency moduation when primary frequency occurs.For this problem,the paper proposes an optimized plan based on steam pressure compensation.Field tests and fluctuation of actual frequency of grid show that primary frequency modulation optimized achieves good result.
