摘    要:分析了电压互感器二次单相断线、两相断线不同断线方式下的电气特点和对保护装置的影响,进一步论述了继电保护装置在电压互感器二次断线时对断线闭锁的要求、判别逻辑以及保护采取的措施和目前电压互感器二次断线逻辑存在的问题,对电压互感器二次断线问题提出了新的展望。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the characteristic of secondary single phase and two phase line-breaking on potential transformer and its influences on protective relaying equipment are also illustrated.It also presents the demand of line-break blocking from protective relaying equipment when secondary line breaking occurs on potential transformer,and the logic judgment on line breaking and the protection measures of the relaying equipment are presented as well.The problems of secondary line breaking and their solutions are forecasted and looked ahead.
