| 摘 要： | 智慧城市是信息化发展到一定阶段的必然产物,是城市发展的高级阶段。从理论研究的角度,对智慧城市的概念和内涵进行了探讨,阐明智慧城市建设的重要意义,梳理了智慧城市在国内外的发展现状,对智慧城市建设的原则和框架进行了初步的研究。
