摘    要:为了引导电动汽车在南方电网区域的发展,基于全过程分析方法,分析了电动汽车的节能减排效益和能源替代效益。由于电动汽车全过程能耗及排放与区域电量结构紧密相关,而南方电网区域2020年清洁能源电量比例达到50%,因此,可以期待该区域内发展电动汽车带来的节能减排效益将明显高于全国平均水平。分析还显示,在智能充电V2G模式下每100万辆电动汽车可替代电网1 GW的火电机组或调峰电源建设。

Abstract:In order to guide the development of electric vehicles (EV) in the region of China Southern Power Grid (CSG), and based on the WTW analysis method, the effect of energy saving and CO2 emission reduction and the benefit of energy substitution from EV development are analyzed in this paper. As the effect and benefit are closely related to the regional power energy structure, and the proportion of clean energy power in the CSG region will be up to fifty percent in 2020, as a result, it may be expected that the effect and benefit of developing EVs in the CSG region will be above the national average remarkably. The analysis also shows that in the smart charging V2G mode, the development of 1 million EVs could substitute the construction of 1 GW coal power units or peaking power plant.
