摘    要:根据AOD炉吹氮气冶炼含氮不锈钢的生产条件,运用BP神经网络建立了含氮不锈钢氮含量预测模型和吹氩时间预测模型。模型可利用生产现场的实际操作数据预测钢中氮含量,并可预测冶炼过程中控制钢中氮含量所需要的吹氩时间。结果表明,预测结果准确率较高,模型适用性较强。

Abstract:Based on AOD refining practice, the model was established to predict nitrogen content in stainless steel containing nitrogen and the Ar blowing time by BP artificial neural network. With the industrial data, this model could forecast the nitrogen content and the Ar blowing time required to control the nitrogen level of the stainless steel in AOD refining process. The results showed that the model is much accurate and applicable.
