钢管三层聚烯烃涂层基材修补技术和工艺研究

摘    要:针对目前钢管三层聚烯烃涂层(3PE)在加工及运输过程中出现的涂层破损且修补技术不成熟的现状,分析了涂层损伤的类型以及涂层的性能要求,并对底层液态环氧涂料“胶化窗口”的把控以及中间层胶粘剂和面层聚烯烃的施工时间进行了研究。在研究的基础上形成了一种有效的、满足质量标准要求的长输管线3LPE涂层底层损伤修补技术和工艺,给出了该修补技术的工艺流程并进行了工艺验证。验证结果表明,采用该技术形成的3LPE修补涂层满足GB/T 23257—2017关于管体3LPE涂层指标的要求,并且可减少材料浪费,节约成本,提高产品质量。

Abstract:In view of the current situation of the coating damage and immature repair technology in the process of manufacturing and transportation of the three-layer polyolefin coating(3LPE) for steel pipes, the types of the coating damage and the performance requirements of the coating are analyzed,and the control of the“gelatinizing window”of the bottom liquid epoxy coating and the construction time of the middle layer adhesive and the surface layer polyolefin are studied. On the basis of the research,an effective repair technology and process for 3LPE coating bottom layer damage of long-distance pipeline, which meet the requirements of the quality standards,are formed,and the process flow of the repair technology is given and verified. The verification results show that the 3LPE repair coating formed by this technology meets the requirements of GB/T 23257—2017 on 3LPE coating index of the pipe body,and can reduce material waste,save cost and improve product quality.
