| 摘 要： | 利用有限元分析软件MSC／Superform来模拟履带板挤压成形过程，分析了变形温度、摩擦系数、挤压速度对成形过程的影响，优化了工艺参数，为履带板工艺的制定提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Numerical simulation of tracklayer extrusion process has been carried out by MSC/Superform.The effects of deforming temperture,friction cofficient and extrusion velocity on shaping process have been analyzed hence technology parameters optimized,resulting in basic foundation for the choice of technology extrusion of tracklayer. |
