高炉炉壳有限元分析及冷却壁开孔对壳体应力的影响研究

摘    要:国家标准GB 50567—2010《炼铁工艺炉壳体结构技术规范》第7.2.3条强制性条文对高炉炉壳开孔截面面积比例及孔间边缘的净距进行了规定。根据炼铁工艺专业的要求,有的现役高炉,炉壳冷却壁开孔截面面积及孔间边缘的净距不能满足该强制性条文的规定。通过冷却壁开孔对高炉壳体应力的影响分析,研究冷却壁开孔间距对高炉壳体局部应力的影响规律,对冷却壁开孔构造提出建议。结合某2 280 m3高炉,采用有限元分析软件MIDAS-FEA,按照实际的冷却壁开孔对高炉炉壳进行建模,分析冷却壁开孔对高炉壳体应力的影响。

Abstract:The mandatory item 7. 2. 3 of( GB 50567—2010) "Technical Code for Shell Structure of Ironmaking Furnace",specified the percentage of the cooling panel holes and the clear distance between the holes on the blast furnace. The percentage and the clear distance of the holes,according to the ironmaking process,some furnaces cannot meet the requirement of the code. It was analyzed the influence of the clear distance of the cooling panel holes on the blast furnace shell local stress,and proposed suggestions on the structure of the cooling panel holes. Taking the 2 280 m3 blast furnace for example,it was modeled the blast furnace shell with real cooling panel holes with finite element analysis program MIDAS-FEA,and analysed the influence of the cooling panel holes on the stress of the blast furnace shell.
