| Abstract: | 3H-NSP is current important reagent for introduction of tritium into proteins and polypeptide. The precursor, N-succinimidyl acrylate was obtained by the reaction of acrylic acid with N-hydroxysuccinimide in the presence of DCC and it was tritiated with tritium gas in the presence if 10% Pd-C catalyst. The crude product was purified by silica gel chromatography. The radiochemical purity and specific activity were-95% and 1.35 TBq/mmol respectively. |
